Gatwick operates two terminals — North (NT) and South (ST) — physically separate buildings linked by a 3-minute inter-terminal shuttle train.
Terminal split
North Terminal: easyJet's main hub, plus Norwegian Air, TUI, Norwegian Atlantic, and most non-BA international carriers.
South Terminal: British Airways, Vueling, Wizz Air, Ryanair, plus a few smaller operators.
The split is not strictly enforced — easyJet occasionally operates from South Terminal during peak weekends. Your boarding pass shows the terminal; the airport's app and website also confirm.
Pickup meeting points
North: Near Marks & Spencer in the arrivals hall, opposite the customs exit doors.
South: Near WH Smith, opposite customs exit.
Both have clear signage. Driver positions before your inbound landing (we track the flight) and texts you when in place.
Drop-off
Both terminals have kerbside drop-off zones with £10 charge for 10 minutes (raised from £7 on 6 January 2026). Drop is fast — under 5 minutes usually.
Walking between terminals (if you got the wrong one)
3-minute inter-terminal shuttle runs every 3-5 minutes 24/7. If you've exited at the wrong terminal, the shuttle is the recovery route — driver can also reposition to the correct terminal if dispatch is informed.
