How fixed fares work

Five rules.

The published fare covers the journey end-to-end — driver, vehicle, and standard meet-and-greet where applicable.
Airport surcharges (where the airport charges drop-off or pickup fees) are quoted as a separate line on the booking form so the total is transparent.
The fare is locked at booking even if the per-mile rate sheet changes between booking and pickup.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup; 25% within 24 hours; full fare on no-show. Mechanics at /refund-policy.
