Card on file via Stripe — authorised at booking, captured on driver acceptance. Receipts emailed after every trip.

Flight delayed? We track inbound flights and adjust pickup automatically — 60 minutes of free wait on airport pickups.

Phone, WhatsApp, or email — around the clock. For an active trip, phone gets the fastest response.

Items left in the vehicle can be returned. Email with your booking reference and where you sat — courier at recipient’s cost.

Up to 8 passengers per vehicle; book the Minibus categories for larger groups. Multi-vehicle bookings handled by dispatch.
