Wedding photography depends on chauffeur arrival timing. Misalign by 10 minutes and you've lost the bride-arrival shot.
The three legs photographers care about
1. Bride-arrival at ceremony venue. Photographer needs 10-15 minutes before bride steps out of car to set up positioning. Driver brief: slow sweep approach, pause briefly at end of driveway if signalled.
2. Photo run after ceremony. Driver waits at venue while ceremony happens. After, the photographer often wants outdoor location shots — driver follows the photographer's lead on direction.
3. Reception arrival. Different venue or same — photographer may want a "second arrival" shot at the reception. Driver coordinates with photographer's signal.
What we ask for at booking
- Photographer's contact details (phone) — driver can text day-of for timing changes
- Shot list timing if your photographer has one — feeds the chauffeur schedule
- Multi-leg approval for if the photographer extends the photo run
When photographer rides with the chauffeur
For some weddings, the photographer rides in the chauffeur vehicle during the photo run — usually in an Executive MPV with bride + groom. Driver follows photographer-led route. Hourly chauffeur is the right pricing mode for this.
