What happens between your booking confirmation and the driver arriving at your pickup point.

Standard workflow

  1. Booking arrives via website / phone / corporate account.
  2. Admin reviews. Checks for completeness, vehicle availability, special requirements.
  3. Card authorisation captured (manual-capture from Stripe).
  4. Driver assigned based on vehicle category + geography + availability.
  5. Driver app receives the trip. Driver accepts in the app; trip locks.
  6. Driver pre-positions for pickup time. Flight tracker / train tracker adjusts pickup if applicable.
  7. Trip happens.
  8. Driver marks complete; extras (if any) processed.

Communication paths

  • Driver-passenger: Direct phone / WhatsApp via driver app
  • Dispatch-driver: Driver app messaging
  • Dispatch-passenger: Email confirmation + SMS reminders + phone when needed

When something changes

  • Passenger needs to change pickup time: call dispatch, we update driver
  • Driver runs late: dispatch contacts passenger
  • Vehicle issue mid-trip: dispatch arranges replacement

What you see

The booking confirmation, the driver-arrival text, the receipt. The work between is invisible — by design.
