If you've not used a pre-booked chauffeur before, the experience differs from rideshare or street-hail taxis. Here's the sequence.

Before the trip

  • Book online, by phone, or by email
  • Receive booking confirmation by email
  • Receive driver-assigned text/email shortly before pickup (24h or less typically)
  • For airport pickups, driver tracks your flight

At pickup

  • Driver positions before your pickup time
  • For airport/station: driver waits inside with name board
  • For residential/hotel: driver arrives at the address, may call/text on arrival
  • Driver confirms your identity and destination
  • Loads luggage into boot
  • Opens rear door (Executive class always; Standard often)

During the trip

  • You sit in the back (front seat available if requested)
  • Driver focuses on driving — conversation only if you invite it
  • Climate control / windows: just ask
  • Music / radio: just ask
  • Phone calls: take them; driver remains discreet

At dropoff

  • Driver opens door (Executive class always; Standard often)
  • Unloads luggage
  • Confirms your destination is correct
  • Drives away — you don't need to tip (it's included)

After

  • Receipt emailed
  • Any extras itemised

Tipping

Standard service rate is included in the published fare. Tips are appreciated but not expected — driver doesn't depend on them.
