Group and corporate account options

Recurring corporate use, group bookings, invoiced billing. How to set this up with Fare 1.

Fare 1 team15 July 20251 min read

For businesses booking Fare 1 regularly — multiple bookings per month, group transport recurring, or invoice-based billing — a corporate account streamlines the relationship.

What a corporate account adds

  • Invoiced billing instead of card-per-trip
  • Multiple authorised bookers at one company
  • Standing instructions (preferred vehicle category, preferred drivers, dispatch handling)
  • Monthly reporting by cost centre / project / employee

Pricing

Corporate accounts use the same published rate sheet — no premium, no discount specifically for being an account holder. Volume discounts still apply on individual bookings over £250.

Setup

  • Email us with company name, contact, monthly booking volume estimate
  • We send an account agreement
  • Pre-approved authorised bookers + payment terms agreed
  • First booking proceeds normally

Common corporate patterns

  • Regular airport runs for sales team / executives
  • Weekly conference transport with same driver
  • Multi-stop business day as hourly chauffeur
  • Wedding-week corporate guests (venue VIP transport)
