The Accessible Vehicle is our Volkswagen Caddy WAV — a wheelchair-accessible vehicle with side or rear fold-out ramp, four-point manual securement straps, and a forward-facing carer seat alongside the wheelchair position. Three passengers seated plus one wheelchair user. Manual wheelchairs and most powered chairs fit (up to ~73cm wide × 130cm long). The vehicle is licensed under UK private-hire WAV standards; driver training covers ramp deployment, securement, and PRM-handover protocol at airports. Same fixed-pricing rule as the rest of the fleet — no accessibility surcharge, no booking fee, no priority-call line. The £3.57/mi rate reflects the specialised vehicle, not a premium for the service. Hourly chauffeur available from £75/hr; full-day medical-appointment cover is a regular booking pattern.
