About the Standard Estate.
The Standard Estate gives you saloon comfort with twice the boot. Usually a Skoda Superb Estate or VW Passat Estate — same four-passenger capacity as the Standard Saloon but with luggage room that swallows four full-size cases or two cases plus a set of golf clubs. Useful when you're heading to a cruise port from home (Southampton or further afield), when a couple is travelling with checked-luggage allowance fully used, and on family runs where the buggy / golf bag / fishing kit doesn't compress. At £2.03/mi it sits between Standard Saloon and Executive Saloon — pay for the boot, not the trim level. Air conditioning, card payment, and tracked dispatch come standard like the rest of the Standard tier.
