How wheelchair access works
The Caddy has a rear ramp that folds out. Wheelchair rolls up the ramp, secures with the integrated tie-down system, the rear door closes. Ambulatory passengers use side doors and seats normally.
Driver training
Drivers operating accessible vehicles have completed mobility-aid training — ramp deployment, securement check, communication around assistance preferences. We screen for awareness that some passengers prefer self-management and don't need help.
Service dogs
Service dogs (registered under UK law) travel free in any vehicle category, not just accessible. Drivers cannot refuse a service dog — this is statutory.
