Thirty-seven miles and about fifty minutes makes Basingstoke to Heathrow the shortest airport journey we quote as a named route, and the M3 from junction 6 to the M25 is as simple as a London airport run gets. Gatwick is 59 miles, M3 to M25 clockwise, and the M25 between junctions 10 and 7 is the part that decides the journey. Southampton is 29 miles the other way down the M3, and the cruise terminals 32.
Basingstoke is its own pricing zone rather than part of the Southampton one, so the Southampton route prices do not apply here — the Basingstoke routes and the per-mile rate do. Either way the price is agreed before you travel.

Ocean and QEII sit behind Dock Gate 4 on the eastern docks, Mayflower and City behind Dock Gate 10 to the west, and arriving at the wrong gate on a two-ship Saturday costs half an hour. We confirm the terminal from your booking reference rather than the ship’s name, and time the pickup against the check-in window printed on your boarding pass.
